Lengow has introduced a new AI-powered tool called the "Lengow Assistant" in its Help Center, as well as in the Lengow platform.

This chatbot is designed to help users find answers quickly and efficiently. It uses advanced AI technology to browse through Lengow's extensive Help Center, extracting the most relevant information to answer your questions.

The Lengow Assistant is highly accessible, offering support in more than 20 languages. It's available 24/7, ensuring you can access support whenever you need it, no matter the time or day.

Whether you're looking for specific guidance or just need help navigating the platform, the Lengow Assistant is there to assist you!

Tips to communicate effectively with the Lengow Assistant

  • Be Clear: Use simple, direct sentences.
  • Specify the channel when asking about a marketplace.
  • Provide Details: Share relevant info, like an error message you receive.

Where to find the Lengow Assistant

  • In Lengow's Help Center, click on "Do you have a question?" in the bottom right-hand corner:

  • In the Lengow platform, you will find the same "Do you have a question?" button in the bottom right-hand corner.
    It's available on all pages, making information easily accessible when setting up a channel!

How to change the language

With over 20 languages available, the Lengow Assistant will assist you in your own language!

To modify the language, click on the "Multi-lingual menu" icon ("文A") at the top of the Lengow Assistant window and select your preferred language:

How to reset the conversation

To start another conversation afresh with the Lengow Assistant, click on the "Reload" icon ("") :

How to access an answer's sources

The Lengow Assistant provides its sources at the end of its answer.
