💡 FAQ - How do I disconnect and reconnect the Lengow plugin from PrestaShop?

It is possible that the connection from the plugin is not working properly, particularly if you were connected to the Lengow plugin via your pre-production shop and have recently gone live.

Here are the steps to follow to check, then disconnect and reconnect the Lengow plugin in PrestaShop, in order to synchronise your products with Lengow:

1. In the vertical menu of your Prestashop shop, click on 'Lengow / Home’ on the left.

 

2. A new page will load, then click on ‘Settings’.

 

3. Scroll down the settings page and activate ‘Debug mode’. You will then see your account details (Account ID, Token and Secret).

 

4. Delete all this information, then scroll down and click on ‘Save changes’.

5. Then deactivate Debug mode and save the changes again. It is important not to remain in Debug mode before reconnecting, unless our support team has explicitly asked you to do so.

6. Return to the Lengow menu via the Prestashop vertical menu.

7. Enter your API connection information (token and secret), which you can find here :
Renew your Lengow API token.


8. Click on ‘Connect Lengow’.

The connection will then be re-established via the plugin, and Lengow should now detect your shop.
