Order retrieval
Lengow retrieves new or modified orders on TikTok Shop's website:
- Every hour

Once a day for orders made or amended in the last 5 days
Order processing
Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
Lengow statuses correspond to the following TikTok Shop orders statuses.
For each Lengow status, the possible actions are listed below.
There is no order acceptance step on TikTok Shop. An order is considered accepted by the Seller, unless they cancel it.

All orders must shipped within 3 business days from order payment confirmation, and the tracking ID provided to TikTok Shop.
Sellers can only use carriers supported by TikTok Shop. Otherwise, TikTok will be unable to obtain shipment tracking information, and they may cancel the order.
In the Lengow Orders API payload, "order_line_metas.is_sample_order" is "true" if the order is to provide a sample product to an affiliate (a content creator).
Note: In Europe, TikTok Shop does not yet provide the amount of taxes in the order data.
