• Colissimo v2 Support
  Added full support for Colissimo v2 shipments. Orders, including those shipped to relay/pickup points, are now properly imported and registered.

• Cancel Reasons
  Fixed an issue where cancellation reasons were not always correctly transmitted to the marketplace. 

• Amazon Shipping Method
  Resolved a bug where the shipping method was incorrectly pre-filled with a default value, ensuring accurate data synchronization. 

• Processing Fees 
  Fixed a display issue where processing fees were not properly labelled in the order detail view.

• Carrier name rejected by Amazon
  The carrier_name field was always sent alongside the carrier code, causing Amazon to reject shipment confirmations. It is now only sent when the carrier code is "Other", as required by Amazon.
