You can manage your orders within the Lengow platform.
1. Order retrieval
Lengow retrieves orders placed on PC Componentes:
- Every 15 minutes throughout the day.
- Once a day covering the last 5 days.
2. Order processing
Orders transition through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
3. Lengow / PC Componentes (Mirakl) order statuses
PC Componentes uses standard Mirakl order statuses.
Fulfilment orders
Fulfilment services are supported for PC Componentes in Lengow. Map the "Fulfillment" value in the "logistic_class" attribute field.
Fulfilment details are retrieved automatically as described in our Orders Import guide.
