EAN Matching

Rue Du Commerce allows the EAN Matching at the only condition that the products you want to match already exist in their database.

In Lengow, make sure that the required attributes below are matched: 

  • sku

  • product-id-type

  • product-id

  • state

  • quantity

  • price

Match Categories

Match your categories with Rue du Commerce's using "Categories Matching".

Complete Attributes Matching

Match your products catalogue fields with the fields requested by the channel, based on fields definitions. If necessary, enter hard values, use functions and/or adapt the values by creating rules. For fields with valid values, select the suggested value or match with your products catalogue values.

Some fields are mandatory and must be completed for your products to be created or updated. Other fields are optional but Rue du Commerce recommends you to fill them in to improve your products visibility.

Special features for Rue du Commerce:

1. Set up your promotional offers/flash sales/sales

1.1 Special offers

To set up special offers, fill in the following fields:

  • price: price before discount (original price). If your products are not discounted, fill in this field with your usual selling price.
  • discount_price: discounted price during your promotional offer.
  • discount-start-date (optional): date on which your promotional offer starts. If you fill in this field and the "discount-price" field, the promotional offer will start at the provided date. Format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.000+02:00
  • discount-end-date (optional): date on which your promotional offer ends. If you fill in this field and the "discount-price" field, the promotional offer will end at the provided date. Format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.000+02:00

1.2 Flash sales

To set up flash sales, fill in the following fields:
  • price: price before discount (original price). If your products are not discounted, fill in this field with your usual selling price.
  • sales-flash-price: discounted price during your flash sale.

2. Delivery method and costs

Shipping costs and delivery methods are defined by the channel. Contact it to obtain the table of costs.

2.1. Delivery methods

Select delivery methods in your channel back office.

2.2. Shipping costs

Please note that each product is linked to a logistics category. The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of:

  • the delivery method linked to the product
  • the logistics category linked to the product

For the logistics category, you may choose between several options:

Keep the logistics category assigned by default by the channel. In that case, no action needs to be taken by you in Lengow.

OR

Change the logistics category assigned by default by the channel. In that case, fill in the field "logistic_class" (contact your channel account manager to obtain the list of authorised values).

Note: Go to your Mirakl back office if you want to set up free shipping costs for all your products.

3. Variations

Rue du Commerce accepts colour and/or size/dimension variations.

To manage your variations, fill in the following fields:

  • group_code: parent identifier (common to all variations of product). Mandatory if the product has variations. Leave this field empty if the products has no variation.
  • color: product colour. Mandatory if the product has colour variations.
  • universal_size: product size. Mandatory if the product has size variations.
  • dimensions : product variations. Mandatory if the product has dimension variations.
Parent products must be excluded from the feed sent to Rue Du Commerce, if your products catalogue contains any.

4. July 2021 VAT Legislation

  1. In your Rue du Commerce Mirakl back office, indicate your shipping from country.
  2. Shipping from country differs for some of your categories/products? Refine shipping from country using "shippingfrom" attribute using a Rule at the Attributes Matching level.
  3. Another solution to refine shipping from country will be soon available when accepting the order.

Manage your Exclusions

Follow the usual instructions for exclusions for this channel:

Are there product variations in your catalogue? Check whether the parent products should be excluded or not in the step dedicated to variations.

Preview your data

Check the data you are about to send to the channel at the "Preview" step.

Configure your Options

Configure options before sending your products catalogue to Rue du Commerce.

Launch the channel catalogue

  • Two distinct feeds are sent to the channel through API:
    • Product Feed
    Enables the integration and creation of products. It is sent to the channel once a day
    If your products are free from errors, they will be created on the channel and will appear online within 48 hours, after the offer feed has been sent.
    • Offer Feed
    Enables the update of prices, stock, etc. It is sent to the channel every 6 hours. When the channel receives the offer feed, data is updated almost immediately on the channel website.

Read Integration Reports

Read product and offer Integration Reports to check that your products are properly configured, either at product creation level (product feed) or updates (offer feed).

These reports list only items which were rejected by the channel. For each product in error, the channel specifies the reason for the rejection.

Product and offer integration reports are available and downloadable from:

  • Lengow: "Channel" tab > select "name of the channel" > click on "Activity"
  • Your Channel Mirakl back office:
    • Products feed report: "My Inventory" > "Import From File" > "Track product imports"
    • Offers feed report : "My Inventory" > "Import From File" > "Track offer imports"

Edit a product file

Contact your Rue du Commerce account manager to edit this data.

Data is automatically updated as soon as the offer feed is sent out.

Unpublish/Delete an offer

Manage your Rue du Commerce orders

You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.

1. Order retrieval

Lengow retrieves orders placed on Rue du Commerce website every hour.

2. Order processing

Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.

Here is the list of actions that you can perform on your orders:
  • Accept order
  • Refuse order
  • Ship (partially or not) the order
  • Refund (partially or not) the order
Note: The carrier list is also available. When you perform the "ship" action on your orders, it is mandatory ​​to enter for your order tracking number.

3. Lengow/Mirakl orders statuses

This marketplace uses common statuses of Mirakl orders.
