...Rules
They've been enriched and simplified. Previously available in a dedicated tab, they are now available from each field requested by the channel.
Match your fields with the channel's fields and create the rules as you go, without leaving the setup path.
New platform is case-sensitive. Make sure to adapt your rules!
Previous platform wasn't case sensitive, in orther words rules that worked on the previous platform may no longer work on the new one.
In this rule for example: If the "Title" field contains shirt , then I apply 10% of reduction.
If the word shirt is written which an uppercase in the products catalogue, like this Shirt, this rule'll be duplicated in the new platform, but it won't work.
What to do?
1/4 In the new platform, at the Attributes Matching level, for each field indicating the presence of one or more rules, check if they impact the desired products.
A registered rule is symbolized by this blue dot.
The number in the dot indicates the number of registered rules:
2/4 Click on the wheel symbol.
For each rule, you see the percentage/number of products impacted.
3/4 Click on the rule for more details. The icon in the top right corner allows you to see the list of products covered by the rule.
4/4 Then adjust the condition of the rule if necessary and save the change.
