💡 How to reactivate a disabled channel ?

A channel appears under the "Disabled" status, when the catalogue it is linked to has been deactivated.


To allow products to be send/available for the channel, you have to re-activate the catalogue it is linked with.

  • Click on the channel line, then click on "Settings" (1) below and go to the catalogue (2) below:


  • Then, reactivate this catalogue:
