Upgrade to the new Lengow platform

This new version of Lengow is identical to the previous one in its purpose, however the settings available to you have all been redesigned to provide an improved experience.

Lengow advice
Take the time to discover the new interface when you set up your first Channel on it. 

How does this work in practice?

  • You confirm with your Lengow account manager your switch to the new platform.
  • Lengow opens an account for you on this new platform. You receive your access by email.
  • You import your product catalogue(s)
  • You set up your channel feed(s) in the new platform and notify the channel(s) of the change
  • When the data corresponds to the expectations of the channel(s) (and yours), you validate the switch by contacting our Customer Support, which will close your account on the previous platform.
Does your Lengow account contain acquisition and marketplace channels? 
Make sure you follow the steps for each type of channel via the "Setting an acquisition feed" or "Setting a marketplace feed" options via "Start the switch" option below.

In parallel, you will take care of:

  • Update the statistics trackers 
  • Update the Lengow plugin (or install the Lengow plugin if you did not have it before)
  • Update your connection to the Lengow API (or set up the connection if you didn't have it and want to)
The trackers, plugin and API are optional steps and depend on how you manage your statistics and orders with Lengow.
