Fill in the field "PreparationTime". The maximum is 5 days.

Where to set your delivery method

Choose your delivery method in the "ShippingInformationDeliveryMode" field.

Make sure the delivery methods you select in Lengow match exactly those activated in your Cdiscount Seller Zone.
If they differ, your offer feed will be rejected, and your products will no longer be updated on Cdiscount.

Available delivery methods

• Home delivery - Small parcel (under 30 kg):
  • STD – Standard: displayed only if: product price + shipping < €10 incl. VAT.
  • TRK – Tracked: tracking info is mandatory to confirm shipment.

  • REG – Registered: tracking info is mandatory to confirm shipment.
  • EXP – Express: faster delivery option.
• Home delivery - Big parcel (more than 30 kg):
  • FDHD – Fixed Date (Eco) Delivery
  • SRHD – Room Delivery (standard large parcel)
  • WSHD – Delivery with Installation (Comfort)
• Store or Pick-up Point delivery:

  • REL – Pick-up at Mondial Relay (tracking mandatory)

  • RCO – Pick-up at Relais Colis (tracking mandatory)

  • SO1 – Pick-up at So Colissimo (tracking mandatory)

  • RIM – In-store immediate pick-up

  • MAG – Store delivery

For non-French merchants, the “Fast” delivery mode is suggested automatically in the Cdiscount back office.

• Mandatory delivery methods for parcels under 30 kg

For all small parcels (<30 kg), Cdiscount requires that the following delivery modes are always included in your feed, regardless of the carrier you use (e.g., Colissimo):

• • TRK (Tracked) – shipment confirmation requires tracking details.
  • REG (Registered) – shipment confirmation also requires tracking details.

These two modes must be filled in the "ShippingInformationDeliveryMode" field, in addition to any other delivery method you prefer to use.

For example: Even if you mainly ship with Colissimo (or another carrier), you must still declare REG + TRK in the attribute to avoid offer errors.

• For large parcels (>30 kg): you must offer Eco (FDHD) delivery.

• Standard home delivery is not allowed for products priced over €40.

• Delivery methods for small parcels (<30 kg) cannot be used for large parcels (>30 kg) in the same offer.

• Pick-up point delivery (Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, So Colissimo) cannot be used alone.

• Store delivery (MAG) can be used alone.

• Some delivery modes are exclusive or mandatory — check with your Cdiscount account manager if unsure.

Provide shipping costs

For each delivery method selected two attributes are requested:

• "ShippingPrice"

• "AdditionalShippingPrice"

Note 1: if you do not fill in the "AdditionalShippingPrice" field, no additional shipping cost will be applied whenever a customer purchases several units of one same product.

Note 2: if a customer purchases different products, the highest shipping costs apply. Additional shipping costs will apply for the other products.

For example, if a customer buys:

• 2 "A" products with €5 shipping costs and €2 additional shipping costs
• 2 "B" products with €10 shipping costs and no additional shipping costs

Then total shipping costs charged to customers amount to: 10€ (B) + 0€ (B) + 2€ (A) + 2€(A), therefore 14€

Note 3: Additional fees can be added via the sellershop for international shipments. The calculation is then automatically added to the delivery costs set from Lengow.
