Title
• First letter in uppercase, the rest in lowercase
• Maximum 40-45 characters
• Avoid special characters
• Do not include brand, color, gender, or size
Description
• Must be exclusively in French
• Maximum of 5000 characters
• Include HTML tags for better readability
Brand
For brand selection, only values from the predefined list are accepted. If a new brand needs to be added, a request must be submitted to Vertbaudet for approval. In this case, contact your Vertbaudet account manager.
Image
Each product must have a minimum of two images with a resolution of at least 800x800 pixels. The maximum file size per image is 1500 KB. Format must be JPEG.
Composition
• The "composition" attribute must describe the full composition of 100% of the product (legal requirement).
• Example: 50% cotton, 50% acrylic

Multi-country settings
On the Lengow platform, specific products and offers attributes are available depending on the countries of publication.
For your products data (title, description, etc.), use the attributes containing the country code corresponding to each publication country and language.
For example for the French market, use the product attributes containing "FR":
- "fr-product-name",
- "fr-description", etc.
For example for the German market, use the product attributes containing "DE":
- "de-product-name",
- "de-description", etc.
Tip: Only one products catalogue can be the source of a channel. If your product information for different countries is split among several catalogues, you can:
- use other catalogues as additional sources to the main catalogue.
- create a global catalogue containing your data for all countries, for example through a reprocessing (chargeable if done by Lengow).
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applicable from December 13, 2024, you must provide to Vertbaudet information about your products through the attached file.
Once the file completed, it must be submitted in the dedicated field available in your Mirakl interface.
To upload the file:
- Log in to your Mirakl Vertbaudet account
- Go to "Settings"
- Click on "Store"
- In the "Document" section, upload your file
