Refund a specific number of units from an order line without refunding the entire line.Â
For example: If a client returns 1 of 4 items.
To refund by quantity in your Mirakl back office
- Go to Orders > All Orders
- Select the order
- Click the dropdown next to Refund
- Choose Partial Refund
You must specify "the reason" and "the quantity to refund" - Confirm the refund
To refund by quantity via API
- The quantity field defines how many items are refunded
- The amount field is optional and can be included
- Multiple partial refunds are allowed up to the original ordered quantity
