💡Mirakl - Orders - How to partially refund by amount?

Refund a specific monetary amount without being tied to unit quantities. 
The partial refund is useful when refunding part of the item’s price instead of full units For example: A partial refund may be issued due to an item defect.

To refund by amount in your Mirakl back office

• Access the order
• Choose "partial refund"
• Enter the needed custom refund amount
• Add a refund reason
  A valid "reason_code" is required for all refunds
• Validate the operation
