When an order is waiting for tracking information, it cannot be synchronised with the marketplace.
To resolve this, you must add the tracking number directly in the order (manually or via an automated flow).
Locate the order
You can access the order from either location:
- Lengow Connector:
/admin#/lengow/connector/order - Shopware Orders:
/admin#/sw/order/detail/ID-order/
Add the tracking or return number
Inside the order, open the details tab:
You will find dedicated fields to add:
- Tracking number
- Return tracking number (if relevant)
Fill in the fields with the correct information.
Update the Shopware status (optional)
Depending on your workflow, you may need to update the Shopware order status to “Shipped” before saving.
Once done, click Save on the top right of the screen.
The “shipped” action is now recorded in Shopware.
Synchronise with Lengow and the marketplace
A sync runs automatically every 30 minutes, but you can force it manually in two ways:
Option 1 – From the Order (Lengow Tab)
Inside the order, in the Lengow tab, use the two available buttons to:
- Sync the order
- Push the shipment action
Option 2 – From the Lengow Plugin (Orders Tab)
Go to: /admin#/lengow/connector/order
Here you can:
- See the last synchronisation time
- Trigger a manual synchronisation
Sync Confirmation
Once synchronised, the action will appear in:
- The Lengow order view
- The Activity tab
Then it will be processed by the marketplace.
