Product state
In the "state" attribute, enter the value "11" for new products.
Short Title and Long Title
Follow these product title guidelines:
- "short_title" (Designation):
- Max. 90 Characters
- Structure: [Brand] [Model or Reference] - [Color / Capacity / Version (if applicable)]
Example: Samsung Galaxy A54 - 128 GB - Black - Avoid: Product condition (e.g., new, refurbished); Warranty information; ALL CAPS or periods; Adding "Generic" or fictitious brand names.
- "long_title" (Subtitle) :
- Recommended as it appears on product pages - completing it boosts visibility and clarity.
- Max. 150 Characters
- Structure: [Product Type] - [Key Features separated by dashes]
Example: 5G Smartphone - 128 GB - 6.1" OLED Display - Dual SIM - IP68 - Avoid: Full sentences or verbs; Condition or warranty mentions; Improper casing (capitalize only the first word of each feature); Skipping the product type at the beginning
VAT Legislation
To be compliant with the VAT legislation:
- In your Rue du Commerce Mirakl back office, indicate your shipping from country.
- Shipping from country differs for some of your categories/products? Refine shipping from country using "shippingfrom" attribute using a Rule at the Attributes mapping level.
- Another solution to refine shipping from country will be soon available when accepting the order.
Get compliant with anti-waste law (AGEC)
A new attribute is provided by Rue du Commerce to enter the IDU of your products:
- eco-contributions
It will be coupled with the amount of the eco-tax to be filled in as well. Use the following format:
"Identifiant1|MontantEcoParticipation1,Identifiant2|MontantEcoParticipation2"
Ex. : "Identifiant1|3.00,Identifiant2|0.49
If the identifier has no value, you must indicate 0.00.
Ex: "Identifier1|3.00,Identifier2|0.00
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applicable from December 13, 2024, you must provide to Rue du Commerce the following information about your products through attributes available in Lengow:
- "gpsr-responsible-person-name": Name, legal entity, or registered trademark of the manufacturer or the responsible person in the EU.
- "gpsr-responsible-person-postal-address": Postal address of the manufacturer or the responsible person in the EU, including the country.
- "gpsr-responsible-person-electronic-address": Electronic address (email) of the manufacturer or the responsible person in the EU.
