💡 How to find your Lengow identifiers (Account, Catalog, Feed, Segment)

As part of the configuration of AI applications, integrations or during your exchanges with our support, you may be asked to provide certain specific identifiers (IDs) of your Lengow platform.

This guide explains step by step how to quickly retrieve your Account ID, Catalog ID, Feed ID and Segment ID independently.

👤 1. Account Identifier (Account ID)

This identifier designates the entire workspace of your company on Lengow.

1. Click on your profile menu in the platform interface.

2. Go to the General Information section (General Information).

3. Your Account ID is clearly displayed on the left side of this page.

📁 2. Catalog Identifier (Catalog ID)

Each catalog has its own unique ID.

1. Go to the Catalogs section of the main navigation menu.

2. Click on the catalog of your choice.

3. Look at the address bar (URL) of your browser. The Catalog ID corresponds to the numbers located just after /catalogs/.

   Example of URL: https://my.lengow.io/catalogs/116232/products ➔ Catalog ID: 116232

📢 3. Feed ID

Each feed has its own unique ID.

1. Go to the NetAmplify or NetMarkets tab.

2. Select the concerned broadcaster to open its dashboard.

3. Look at the top center of the screen, right next to the broadcaster's logo. (See screenshot below)

4. The ID is explicitly displayed in a dedicated box.

   Display example: Feed ID: 102348

🧩 4. Segment ID

Each segment has its own unique ID. To learn more about how segments work, check out our dedicated guide.

1. Go to the Catalogs section and click on your catalog.

2. Click on the Segments tab.

3. Select the concerned segment to open the rule editor (segment builder).

4. Look at the end of your browser's address bar (URL). The Segment ID is the number located at the very end of the line.
