Error messages Cdiscount
Two error messages are possible:
- Offer: Cette offre n'existe pas et ne peut donc pas être mise à jour. Vous devez d'abord la créer.
- Product: Inexistant - Créez votre produit sur Cdiscount afin de positionner une offre dessus.
What does this error mean?
This error means that you are sending offer data (price and stock) to Cdiscount for a product that is not yet created on their side.

The product creation time by Cdiscount.
Once the product is accepted and created, the offer will be attached to the reference in question. You can follow the creation or the setting of your offers in your Cdiscount back-office via this link.

To errors in the product settings.Â
When Cdiscount receives the product flow from Lengow, the Octopia system first determines whether the EAN exists (or not) in their system. If this is not the case, the product must therefore be created in their database.
In this case, as long as the setting errors are not corrected, this error "Product: Nonexistent - Create your product on Cdiscount in order to position an offer on it." will continue to be reported in the Lengow broadcast report.
How to resolve this error
Make sure that no other error on this product blocks its creation:
- In the broadcast report available in Lengow: by searching for a product, all errors on this product are displayed.
- In your Cdiscount back-office. You will find the detailed report specifying the reason for rejection, if it has not yet been communicated to Lengow, via this link.
If there is no error on the product, its creation may be in progress at Cdiscount.
