You refunded an order in your Veepee / Privalia back-office, but the order's status in Lengow is still "shipped".
This is because when the refund is done directly in the channel's back-office, the status won't be updated in Lengow's API.
We recommend doing all refund actions in the Lengow platform.
Tip: If you already refunded an order in your Veepee / Privalia back-office but need to update its status in Lengow, you have the option to refund the same order in Lengow for the amount of 0.
This way, the status will be "refunded" in Lengow, and no additional money will be refunded to the customer.
