💡 Plugins - How to anonymize customer email addresses?

If you are using one of our plugin for the first time with Lengow V3, you might receive orders with customers email which are not anonymized, depending on the marketplace.

It could also happen after an update of our plugin, as this feature is disabled by default.

Read below how to activate this parameter on Magento and on Prestashop.

On Magento 2

  • When you are on your Dashboard, go to the Lengow plugin, and then to "Settings".

  • In the Lengow plugin settings, go to the "Import Settings".

  • Then, scroll down to find "Import anonymized email".
    Select "Yes" and save your configuration.

On Prestashop :

  • Go to the module manager to search for the "Lengow" plugin.

  • Then, select "Settings" on the main page of our Lengow plugin.

  • Once in the settings, go to the "Orders" tab.

  • Finally, go to the "Order settings" tab:

  • On this page, you'll find the email anonymization setting, which you need to activate.
    Don't forget to save the changes.
