You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.
Order retrieval
Lengow retrieves orders placed on the Pixmania website:
- every 15 minutes over a day
- once a day over the last 5 days
Order processing
Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
Order pending acceptance for 5 days will be automatically refused.
Lengow/Mirakl orders Statuses:
Pixmania uses the common statuses of Mirakl orders.
Order document
Pixmania provides the delivery slip ("bon de livraison") for each order.
