Leroy Merlin introduced a dashboard to monitor quality standards for all customers. This dashboard operates on two key levels:
-
Minimum number of products required to be listed
-
Catalogue completeness score taking into account the following variables:
- Images: percentage of image completion out of 9 maximum images.
- Important attributes: percentage of total important attributes filled out.
- Positive Impact Attributes: percentage of total positive impact attributes filled out.
- Other attributes: percentage of total other attributes filled out.
The number of products required will depend on the size of the catalogue, while the minimum completeness score must be 55% or higher.
Sellers do not have direct access to their scores and should contact their Technical Account Manager to obtain this information as part of the onboarding process.
