Delivery by Miravia or by Seller (DBM or DBS)

Miravia offers two options for delivery:

  • DBM (Delivery By Miravia): Miravia is responsible for delivering the product through its logistics services. This is the default shipping method.
In this case, you must print the shipping label provided by Miravia when the order is in "waiting_shipment" status. More information in the orders section
  • DBS (Delivery By Seller): The seller is responsible for handling the shipment. This method of delivery is only permitted for sellers authorized by Miravia (contact your Miravia account manager).

Set the "delivery_option_sof" attribute in Lengow according to the delivery:

  • If Miravia handles the delivery (DBM), select the value "No" or leave the attribute empty.
  • If the seller handles the delivery (DBS), select the value "Yes".
Note: Only sellers who have been whitelisted by Miravia are permitted to use this method of delivery. If you have not been whitelisted and attempt to list a product with this delivery method, you will encounter error 4162 ("CHK_DELIVERY_SOF").

Note: The seller must handle delivery ("Yes" value) if the package height exceeds 300 cm OR if the dimensional weight (length × width × height ÷ 6000) is greater than 40, OR if the package weights 40 kgs or more. Otherwise, Delivery by Miravia is allowed.

Managing Warehouses on Miravia

When configuring Miravia warehouses, inventory quantities follow a specific logic:

  • "quantity" attribute (optional): the value provided applies only to the default warehouse (called "dropshipping") automatically created by Miravia for every seller. It updates stock for this warehouse, which can be used for both DBS and DBM orders.
  • "Multi-Warehouse Inventory" attributes (optional): if you are using several warehouses, you can provide for each warehouse its "Warehouse code" (as it appears in your Miravia back-office) and the corresponding "Sellable quantity".
If your enter "dropshipping" as a "Warehouse code", the quantity defined here overrides the value in the "quantity" field.

Note: If a seller operates only with DBM, it is recommended to directly specify stock levels through the dedicated warehouse fields ("Warehouse code" + "Sellable quantity") for more accuracy.
