Configure your catalogue in Lengow
Once back in Lengow, you'll land on the catalogue settings page. Configure the following:
- Scope: Choose the scope you want to export from.
- Locales: Select the languages you want to sync.
- Currencies: Choose supported currencies.
At this stage, your Akeneo attributes will begin loading. Navigate to the "fields" section to review the selection.
Activate your catalogue in Akeneo
In the “Finalise your catalogue" section, the catalogue initially appears as inactive.
Even if you click “Status not updated? Refresh”, it won’t become active until you activate it from Akeneo.
Steps to activate:
- Click "Go to apps" to open Akeneo’s app interface.
- Find the catalogue created by Lengow.
- Enable the catalogue by clicking YES.
- Click on the "Save" button on the top right corner of the screen.
5. Return to Lengow and refresh the status: your catalogue should now show as active.
Filter attributes in Akeneo
You can filter which products get sent to Lengow directly from Akeneo.
Example:
In the App, use Akeneo’s filtering tools to target specific products (e.g., one brand, one family, or one SKU).
This helps keep your catalogue focused and relevant.
Back in Lengow:
Once the attribute loading is complete, you can review and select attributes to sync in the fields section.
Choose required attributes or tailor your selection to your marketplace needs.

Your Akeneo PIM is now connected to Lengow, and your catalogue is active and ready for use.
