What services are available?
Here’s an overview of the main on-demand professional services delivered by our team:
📂 Catalogue reprocessing
We help restructure your catalogues (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.) to meet best practices for use in Lengow. This can include:
- Merging files
- Splitting or adding fields
- Building catalogues by country / language
- Creating parent and super-parent lines
- Converting unusual file structures (e.g., complex XML) to usable CSV formats
💾 FTP / SFTP setup & hosting
Many clients rely on secure FTP/SFTP spaces to store and exchange data. We can:
- Open FTP/SFTP spaces
- Whitelist your IP addresses
- Add your SSH keys for secure connections
⚙️ Custom source downloads & preprocessing
We manage a wide range of preprocessing tasks, including:
- File downloads from cloud or remote sources
- Unzipping (ZIP, GZIP)
- Timestamp removal or file renaming
📥 Large catalogue retrieval
For very large catalogues, we offer full and delta processing to keep product data updated on a regular (e.g., 4-hour) basis.
🔄 Marketplace orders reformatting
If you need your marketplace orders integrated into your system, we reformat the data to your specifications (via FTP or other methods).
📍 Local Ads structure setup
To integrate with Google LIA or Google RAAP, we help reprocess your data to meet Google’s strict structural guidelines.
A key component of the LIA or RAAP structure is the Unique_ID, which we build by combining values from your dataset.
Recommended constraints:
- Maximum 15M product lines
- Ideally limited to 5 fields for optimal performance (mandatory fields only)
