The marketplace Showroomprivé is introducing important updates impacting categories and shipping configurations:
- Removal of 407 Product Categories on 15 July 2025
- The tracking link will become mandatory and only authorized carriers will be accepted as of 15 September 2025
What is changing?
- Removal of 407 Product Categories (15 July 2025)
To enhance the efficiency of their database, Showroomprivé will deactivate 407 underperforming categories. From 15 July 2025, it will no longer be possible to submit products associated with these categories.

Make sure to review the list of deprecated categories and update your category mapping accordingly in Lengow.
- Shipping Configuration Update (15 September 2025)
Showroomprivé is reinforcing shipping data requirements to ensure better order tracking:
- The tracking link will become mandatory for each order shipped.

Only carriers from Showroomprivé’s authorized carrier list will be accepted.
As a consequence, the generic carrier option "Others" will be deactivated.
Starting 15 September, make sure to always include a valid tracking link when shipping orders, and to update your carrier settings to use only Showroomprivé’s approved carriers. These changes are fully reflected in Lengow on 17 September 2025.

Dear partner,
We would like to inform you of several upcoming changes to the Showroomprivé marketplace settings.
In order to optimise our database, we have identified 407 categories that will be removed for performance reasons. You will find attached a list of the categories concerned, with their "category-label" and "category-code".
These categories will be deactivated from 15th July: it will no longer be possible to send us products that belong to them.
In addition, in order to limit the continuous expansion of our catalogue, we would be grateful if you could clean up your product feed by deleting the files for which you no longer have any active offers.
We have identified 4 million product files with no active offers, which we plan to delete. Please do not send us any more of these files in your next imports.
Finally, with regard to carrier information for orders:
- From 15 September, the tracking link will become compulsory when sending each order.
- In addition, it will no longer be possible to select a carrier from outside our authorised list. As a result, the "Others" carrier will be deactivated in our system.
