Manufacturer reference
Enter the product model in the "refFournisseur" attribute in Lengow to indicate the model name for the furniture/bedding categories, or the manufacturer reference for high-tech products and household appliances.
Conforama automatically creates product labels based on each product's characteristics, including the product model.
Images
Provide your product images to Conforama in the "urlImage" attributes.
Follow Conforama's guidelines for product visuals, as detailed in their Best practices:
- 1st image ("urlImage1"): Product facing forward (except for mattresses: ¾ view), cut out on a white background, without stickers or labels, fully visible.
- 2nd image ("urlImage2"): Lifestyle image in 4:3 format, without white margins.
- 3rd image ("urlImage3"): Dimensions – one single image showing all product dimensions, with real visuals preferred over technical drawings.
- All cut-out products must fill the frame (edge to edge) to ensure correct display size on our website.
VAT legislation
In Lengow, complete the "origin" attribute in the Attributes mapping.
Anti-waste law (AGEC)
If your products fall under the EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) scheme, you must:
- Enter the IDU and the return conditions at store level in your Mirakl back-office, in the "Account" > "Settings" > "Circular Economy" section.

Fill in the IDU and the eco-tax at the offer level by completing the following fields in Lengow for each industry:
- "producer-id" (marketer identifier)
- "eco-contribution-amount"
Please note: merchants who do not provide their IDU and eco-contribution will have their offers refused and/or will no longer be able to operate on the Conforama marketplace.
EPREL regulation
The EPREL identifier is required by Google, therefore Conforama strongly recommends to provide it in order to appear in Google Shopping search results.
In Lengow, fill in the "eprel_ID" attribute in the attributes mapping:
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applicable from December 13, 2024 in the European Union, you must provide Conforama with the following information about your products through attributes available in Lengow:
- "Nom fabricant": Manufacturer name.
- "Raison sociale fabricant": Manufacturer business name.
- "Adresse postale fabricant": Manufacturer address.
- "Mail fabricant": Manufacturer email.
This information will appear on each product listing in the "Contact conformité produit" section.
