You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.
Order retrieval
Lengow retrieves orders placed on the Rue du Commerce's website:
- every hour over a day.
- once a day over the last 10 days.
Order processing
Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
- Accept order
- Refuse order
- Ship (partially or not) the order
- Refund (partially or not) the order
Lengow/Mirakl orders Statuses:
Rue du Commerce uses the common statuses of Mirakl orders.

When you click “ship,” you can specify a shipping country that is different from the one you entered in your Mirakl/Rue du Commerce back office.
Pre-production environment setting
This setting is disabled by default.
By default, your product catalogue is pushed to the Rue du Commerce production environment.
However, Rue du Commerce may ask you to first send your catalogue to their pre-production environment to check the data in your product catalogue.
In this case, enable this setting and make sure to enter the API key (Mirakl_key) and Mirakl store ID (Mirakl_storeid) for your Rue du Commerce account created in pre-production.
Then disable it to send your catalogue to production and enter the corresponding IDs.
