Multi-country settings
Price fields ending in [channel=INIT] are present in the structure in anticipation of Sarenza's multi-country deployment.
These fields should not be completed at this time, as multi-country is not yet possible with Sarenza.
If you fill in these fields with different values than the default price fields, the value of the default price field will take over.
As an example:
"price" is the default price field
"price [channel=INIT]" is the secondary price field
