Requirements
- Language: You must provide content in Dutch/Flemish and French.
- Image: Minimum of two unique photos (mandatory).
- Description: Must be in HTML format for all languages.
- Title: Must follow official brand naming standards.
Social compliance: All products must comply with the Marketplace social compliance standards. If your products are manufactured in high-risk countries, you must provide third-party verification (e.g. BSCI) demonstrating safe and ethical working conditions.
Wood regulation: Products containing wood must comply with EU timber regulations. FSC or PEFC certification is the preferred route.
Customer service: Support must be provided in both Dutch and French. See the appendix in attachment below for a quick overview of the marketplace CS guidelines.
Invoicing: You must be able to issue a customer invoice for each order.
