Sellers Monitoring
Sellers Monitoring is a NetRivals feature designed for marketplaces who want to track how their own sellers price products across other marketplaces.
Using this seller-centric view, you can focus on a specific seller and analyze their pricing positioning across competitors, even if this seller appears under multiple identities.
Sellers Monitoring is available on request only. To activate it, please contact your Lengow Account Manager.
How to access Sellers Monitoring
- In Lengow, go to Listings > Products List
- Click on the view selector (dropdown menu) in the top left corner
- Select "Sellers Monitoring"
How to use Sellers Monitoring
Seller selection
Select a seller to monitor:
- In the field “Who are you monitoring?”, choose a seller
- The view will automatically show pricing for that seller only
You can:
- Search sellers by name
- Select one seller at a time
- Change your selection at any moment (Click the 'X' in the top right corner to close this seller view)
Seller-level price view
Once a seller is selected, the interface switches to a seller-focused view, which allows you to compare one seller vs the market.
Only prices from the selected seller are displayed, and detailed for each monitored marketplace they sell on.
Understanding the price comparison
- Your marketplace as a reference
Your own marketplace is always shown, as a baseline column ("My marketplace"). It acts as the reference price.
- Percentage differences
All price differences (%) are calculated against your marketplace price.
Compare the seller's prices on other marketplaces with yours:
- In red: if the price is higher on your marketplace
- In yellow: if the price is the same on your marketplace
- In green: if the price is lower on your marketplace
You can filter products by these categories.
In the top right corner, select one or more options: "cheaper", "more expensive" and/or "equal price".
- Analysis
The following data is provided for each product to analyze prices across competitors:
- AVG: Average of all seller offers on competitors marketplaces. The seller price on your marketplace is excluded.
- PI AVG: Average of the competitiveness index

Dif. Chp: Difference with the cheapest price
Export
Click on "Export" in the top right corner to download a CSV file containing the data for the current seller.
