What does this error mean?
Errors concern the use of unauthorized characters, like emojis for example. The concerned character will appear at the end of the error message.
The CDiscount marketplace system does not support non-standard Unicode characters such as emojis in product "titles" or "descriptions"
How to solve this error
To resolve this error, you need to remove this unauthorized character from your "titles" or "descriptions" attributes.
If you cannot do it from your data source catalog, please follow these steps:
- Create "Find and Replace" rules in Lengow for each characters /emoji identified in your product data.
- Configure the rules to replace these characters/emoji with a space or empty data.
- Save your changes and perform a product push to update your data.
