Offre - Référence vendeur erronée : Mise à jour de l'offre impossible. L'EAN/GTIN sur lequel vous avez positionné votre offre possède une autre référence vendeur. 

(Offer - Incorrect seller reference: Offer update impossible. The EAN/GTIN on which you have positioned your offer has another seller reference.)

What does this error mean?

On Cdiscount (Octopia), the submitted EAN/GTIN is already linked to an existing offer under a different "seller reference" (SKU). The marketplace does not allow changing the SKU associated with an active EAN.

How to solve this error

Choose one of the following solutions:

1. Option 1: Keep the original reference. In Lengow, revert the product's "seller reference" attribute to match the original SKU already registered on Cdiscount.
2. Option 2: Use the new reference. Manually delete the existing offer from your Octopia seller back office, wait for the deletion to process, then let Lengow recreate the offer with the new "seller reference".
3. Launch a manual product push in Lengow to apply the changes.
