This error occurs because the name you provided in Lengow does not exactly match any of the Complaints terms created in your Allegro back-office.
While Allegro requires a technical ID behind the scenes, Lengow retrieves this ID automatically based on the text value you provide. If the text does not perfectly match an existing policy name in Allegro, the API cannot find the ID and returns this error.
How to solve this error
- Access your Allegro back-office and navigate to: Sales Settings > After-sales service settings > Complaints Terms.
- Find the exact name of the Complaints terms you want to apply to your products.
- In the Lengow attributes mapping, fill in the
afterSalesServices.impliedWarranty.idfield with that exact name. The text must be a perfect match, including spelling, spacing, and capitalization (do not search for or enter a numeric ID).
