El Corte Ingles (ECI) will begin automatically calculating order delivery dates via Mirakl Delivery Manager (MDM). The "Delivery date" field will no longer be required.
What is changing?
To simplify order management and improve the quality of tracking information, El Corte Ingles is updating its delivery management process.
Mirakl Delivery Manager (MDM) will now automatically retrieve order tracking and delivery information directly from carriers using the provided tracking number. As a result, the delivery date will be automatically updated on the marketplace side without any manual input needed from the seller.
Impact on your Lengow setup
Starting Friday, August 14, 2026, you will no longer need to send the delivery date to ECI through Lengow (the "set_delivery_date" action will no longer be necessary for this channel).
Mandatory Fields Reminder
While the delivery date field is being deprecated, you must continue to correctly provide the Tracking number and Carrier fields. Mirakl relies entirely on these two values to successfully automate the delivery date calculation.
