BricoBravo operates on a "free shipping" model, meaning you should include shipping costs in the product's selling price.
Note: if you have delivery restrictions within Italy, you must inform BricoBravo during onboarding. You will need to provide an Excel file listing the excluded ZIP codes alongside the specific products that cannot be delivered to those areas.
Processing Time
The "Processing Time" is the total number of working days required to prepare and deliver an order within Italy. It combines:
- Fulfillment time: Number of days the seller needs to prepare and hand over the package to the carrier.
- + Shipping time: The carrier's average transit time to the customer.
This total serves as the baseline for calculating the estimated delivery window displayed on the product page (see screenshot below).
BricoBravo starts counting from the date of purchase (counting only working days and excluding holidays) and automatically adds an extra 2-day buffer to your declared processing time to create the final delivery window for the customer.
