We are pleased to announce that Kiabi has launched a new cross-sell feature on their marketplace: “Compléter votre look” (Complete your look).
This feature allows you to select complementary products to be linked to a main product. These associated items are then displayed automatically in a dedicated block at the bottom of the product page on Kiabi.com, providing a seamless shopping experience for your buyers.
Key Benefits
- Higher average basket size: Customers can discover and purchase a full set without ever leaving the main product page.
- Fully controlled cross-selling: You choose the product associations, ensuring complete control over the consistency and relevance of the items promoted.
- Simple implementation: No manual back-office action is required. Everything is managed directly through your Lengow product feed.
 Supported Universes
The "Complete your look" feature is currently available exclusively for the Lingerie, Home, and Nursery universes.
How to set it up in Lengow
To enable this feature, you simply need to map the dedicated attribute in your Kiabi feed structure.
Locate the EAN associés attribute and map it with the relevant complementary product EANs from your catalogue.
Important Configuration Rules
To ensure your associations are successfully imported by Kiabi, please adhere to the following technical requirements:
- Formatting: Multiple EANs must be separated by a comma.
- Length Validation: Each EAN must contain exactly 13 digits. Kiabi performs an automatic check upon import, and any formatting errors will be flagged in your import report.
- Colour References: Providing one EAN per colour reference is sufficient.
- Variant Grouping: The EAN associés attribute does not replace the variant group code. The variant group code remains strictly essential for grouping your product variants (such as sizes).
