What does this error mean?

The marketplace requires a discount price because promotional dates are still active or being sent in your feed. If promotional dates are provided, the marketplace automatically expects a corresponding discount price.

How to solve this error

• Step 1 (If the product is on promotion): Ensure the discount-price attribute is correctly mapped and populated with the discounted value in your Attributes Mapping.
• Step 2 (If the product is NOT on promotion): Unmap or clear the discount-start-date and discount-end-date attributes. This will stop the marketplace from expecting a promotional price.
• Step 3: Resynchronize your feed, you can also check the "Imports" tab in your marketplace back-office to confirm that Mirakl is correctly processing the updated or emptied fields.
