Using the Channel List

The channel list provides a centralised hub for NetMarkets and NetAmplify users to find, filter, and review their configured channels, as well as access common actions.

Navigating the channel list

The channel list is designed to help you quickly locate the channels you need using robust search and filtering tools.

  • Search and filters (1): Use the search bar to find specific channels by name, or apply filters to narrow down your list by status, country, or type. You can apply several filters at the same time.
  • Sorting and pagination (2): Click on column headers to sort your channels. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the list to navigate through large numbers of channels efficiently.
  • Restoring filters (3): When you apply filters, the page URL automatically updates. You can copy and share this URL with your team; when they open the link, the exact same filters and views will be restored. To remove a filter, simply click on the cross next to it.

Product Differences: NetMarkets vs. NetAmplify

The information displayed in the Channel List varies depending on whether you are using NetMarkets or NetAmplify, as well as the current status of the channel.

Product Displayed Information & Features
NetMarkets
  • Active channels: Display Products Health, Offers Health, Last Report, and supported report actions.
  • Draft and Disabled channels: Do not display health or last report data.
NetAmplify Displays common channel information, advertising type, and last update.

Note: Health and report features are not included in this release.

  Good to know

Draft and disabled channels in NetMarkets will only show basic configuration details until they are fully activated.

Managing Channel Actions

From the Channel List, you can perform common actions directly on your configured channels. Simply click on the actions menu next to a channel to view the available options, such as editing settings, accessing the feed preview or downloading reports (for active NetMarkets channels).

Adding a New Channel

To configure a new integration, click the Add channel button at the top of the Channel List. This will guide you through the setup behaviour for adding a new destination.

Account Restrictions

The Add channel button may be restricted or disabled if your account has expired or if you have reached the maximum number of channels allowed by your current pricing plan. Please contact our account manager if you need to upgrade your account to add more channels.
