TikTok Shop has recently updated its shipping policies by removing selected carriers for domestic Shipped by Seller (3PL) orders. This change applies specifically to domestic L2L (Local-to-Local) orders in France, Spain, Italy, and Germany.
We advise all merchants using TikTok Shop to review their shipping configurations immediately to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
What you need to do
Merchants must ensure they select a supported carrier available for their TikTok Shop shipments. If you currently use any of the removed carriers for domestic deliveries in the affected countries, you must transition to an alternative, supported carrier.
Continuing to assign these removed carriers to your domestic shipments may result in errors or blocked orders on TikTok Shop. Please update your carrier mappings accordingly.
