The Lengow API makes it possible to exchange data between Lengow and the back office of your e-commerce site and in particular to integrate your marketplace orders within your logistics, CRM and ERP tools.
Here are the possible actions on the orders:
- Keep your stock up-to-date between marketplaces and your online store
- Collect all orders coming from marketplaces (Amazon, Zalando, Cdiscount ...) on which you are present
- Perform all the actions to update the status of your orders (accept the order, validate the shipment ...)
Depending on your activity (and your imagination) you can also:
- Send automated shipping info to your logistician
- Integrate marketplace orders in chatbot, for example in Slack or Messenger
