Solution: > You need to disable the Tax ID requirement for the affected country in your PrestaShop back office:

1. In your left menu, go to International > Localization.

2. Click on the Countries tab at the top.

3. Click on the relevant country (e.g., France) to edit its settings.

4. Scroll down and set the Does it require a tax identification number? toggle to No.

5. Save your changes and restart the order synchronization in the Lengow Toolbox.
