Le passage au modèle eConsignment prendra effet en janvier 2025. Toutes les nouvelles commandes à partir de janvier 2025 seront traitées selon ce modèle.
Ce qui change
Manor passe d'un modèle traditionnel de marketplace 3P à un modèle de eConsignment, où Manor devient le "vendeur attitré" pour les produits proposés par ses partenaires sur la plateforme Mirakl. Plus de détails sont fournis dans le message original ci-dessous.
Ce que vous devez faire
1. Création d'un nouveau compte pour votre boutique : Un nouveau compte sera créé pour vous dans le même Mirakl Backoffice.
Vous recevrez un email de notification lorsqu'il sera prêt.
2. Signer le nouveau contrat : vous devrez examiner et signer le nouveau contrat et les conditions générales mises à jour. Vous recevrez par courriel des instructions sur la manière de procéder.
3. Mettez à jour votre connexion API : Reconnecter votre système à l'aide de la nouvelle clé API associée à votre nouveau compte.

We would like to inform you of an important change in our platform operational model on manor.ch.
What’s Changing:
We are transitioning from a traditional 3P marketplace model to an eConsignment model. The main change behind this new model is that Manor becomes the "seller of record" of the products proposed by our partners via Mirakl platform. More explanation and insights on the eConsignment communication kit attached
Two reasons for upgrading the operating model:
- On one hand due to a new Swiss VAT law: Similar to the current regulation in the European Union, eCommerce platforms will have to collect Swiss VAT on the sales and fulfil related reporting obligations. Therefore Manor will have to collect the VAT on behalf of the partners and will have to remit this VAT to the Federal Tax Administration (Federal tax administration - Welcome | FTA)
- On the other hand, many benefits for our customers and for our Manor Partners:
- Improved Customer Experience: all the products available on our platform are "sold by Manor", the shipping costs and policy are harmonized and more transparent to the customers
- Improved conversion rate: One simplified checkout with partner products are included in Manor loyalty program
- Simplified after sale management : Manor takes charge of 1st level of customer support to ease the after sales processes. The right of withdrawal will be the same for every orders.
Timeline:
The switch to eConsignment model will be effective in January 2025. All new orders from January 2025 will be captured under the eConsignment model
How It Will Work:
1. Mirakl remains the back end platform
2. Product Data : you will push products data and offers like today. The APIs, aggregators integrations are exactly the same as today.
3. Order management : we keep the exact same order process management. You can accept or refuse orders and you confirm the deliveries like today.
4. Invoicing : you are invoicing Manor instead of the end customer. We generate your invoice in your name in Mirakl using their "self billing module", to ease and automatize the payout process.

Next Steps:
1. A new shop account will be created for you in the same Mirakl Backoffice. You will be notified by a Mirakl email shortly.
2. You'll be asked to sign the new Contract and new Terms and Conditions. Dedicated emails will follow on this topic.
3. Connection to our platform: If you use API's to manage your account (using an aggregator or direct APIs), you will have to connect your systems with the new API key of your new account.
