General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applicable from December 13, 2024, you are required to supply manufacturer contact details for most non-food products.
Follow these steps to provide the necessary information to Miravia:
- In your Miravia back-office, go to "My Account" > "Settings" > "Manufacturer information"
- Enter the required information in the "Manufacturer Information" and "EU Responsible Person Information" tabs (see screenshot). Read Miravia's full GPSR procedure
For each Manufacturer or EU responsible person, one line is created with its name and ID, to use in Lengow.
- In Lengow, fill in the "EU_Responsible" and "Manufacturer_info" attributes available for certain categories with the corresponding ID or name as they appear in your Miravia back-office, to establish the correspondance of this information between Lengow and Miravia.
