💡 How to get compliant with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)?

Effective from 13 December 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) aims to ensure the sale of safe products to buyers in the European Union. The GPSR applies to non-food products and to all sales channels.

To comply with this regulation, sellers must provide marketplaces with the necessary information (manufacturer, importer, etc.). Each marketplace will inform sellers how they will collect this information: in their back-office or/and in specific attributes in the channel feed.

Lengow will update each marketplace's guide whenever we are provided with details on how to send your products' GPSR information.
