💡 How to get compliant with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)?

Effective from 13 December 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will apply to non-food products, ensuring the sale of safe products to buyers within the European Union.

To comply with this regulation, sellers must provide marketplaces with the required product information, such as details about the manufacturer or the EU representative.

Each marketplace will inform sellers how they will collect this data - either through its back-office or specific attributes available in Lengow.

Lengow updated the corresponding marketplace guides whenever we received details on how to share your products' GPSR information. You can find the relevant links below.

Note: If a marketplace is not listed, it means we have not yet received its GPSR procedure.

We will continue to update the guides as soon as new information becomes available. GPSR attributes may also appear in Lengow following an automatic attribute update, without the marketplace communicating instructions.

Don't hesitate to reach out to your marketplace account manager for further details about their GPSR procedure.
