💡 My orders are importing into the wrong Prestashop. What should I do?

Do you have at least two PrestaShop instances, and your orders are not being imported into the correct site?

  • Please check the shop management settings in each of your environments.
    Lengow > Settings > Shop Management

  • In the Catalog ID, make sure that the IDs of your catalog and its additional sources are filled in, separated by semicolons.
