💡How to refund orders directly from PrestaShop?

Steps to refund an order

1. Go to Orders
In your PrestaShop admin panel, navigate to Orders > Orders and open the relevant order.

2. Click “Partial refund”
At the top right of the order page, click the “Partial refund” button.

3. Enter refund details
In the Quantity column, type the number of units to refund for the product(s).
In the Amount field (Tax included), adjust the refund amount if necessary.
You can also refund shipping costs, up to the maximum shown.

4. Choose your refund options
In the list available, choose the refund reason.
Check the box of the desired actions: Generate a credit slip, re-stock products, generate a voucher.

5. Click “Partial refund”
Once ready, click the Partial refund button.
The system will create the credit slip if you chose this option and trigger the plugin.

6. Update the order status to “Refunded”
Scroll down to the “Status” section of the order page.
Click on the dropdown menu.
Select “Refunded”.
Click “Update status” to apply the change.

✅ The plugin will automatically send the refund to the marketplace (no need to take further action on the marketplace side).

✅ In Lengow, the corresponding order will automatically be marked as "action refund sent".
