Order retrieval frequency
Lengow retrieves orders placed on Veepee's website or Privalia's website every 15 minutes.
Order processing
Statuses of Veepee/Privalia orders:
Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
Here is the list of Lengow statuses corresponding to the marketplace orders statuses:

- "refund" action requires: If the refund is done directly in your Veepee/Privalia back-office, the status will not be updated in Lengow's API. Veepee/Privalia updates refunds once a day during the night, so Lengow synchronizes refunds around 6am every day. |
