Price
The "price" attribute is mandatory whether you sell in Portugal or in Spain. Ex: 12.99
Additionally, fill in the attribute(s) below depending on where you are selling:
- "price[channel=WRT_PT_ONLINE]" is mandatory to sell in Portugal;

"price[channel=WRT_ES_ONLINE]" is mandatory to sell in Spain.
Images
Worten's requirements for images:
- White background color: RGB 255,255,255
- No shadows, no pictograms, no extras. Just the product on a white background as first image.
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Perfect resolution: 1200x900 pixels with 72dpi
- Minimum resolution: 600px
- Images must be shared via a link.
Product Name
Worten's requirements for the name of the product ("product_name" attributes):
- The product_name must consist of: Type + BRAND + Model
- The product brand must be in capital letters (e.g. "WORTEN"), after the product type.
- The product name must be short and must identify what the product is.
VAT legislation
In Lengow, complete the "Shipping Country" field in the Attributes mapping.
The country from where you ship orders may also be refined at the orders management step.
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applicable from December 13, 2024, you must provide to Worten the following information about your products through attributes available in Lengow:
- "manufacturer": manufacturer name.
- "name-of-person-responsible-in-the-EU": The name of the GPSR responsible person for the product (within the EU), which can be the manufacturer, representative of the manufacturer, importer or fulfilment provider.
- "postal-address-of-the-person-responsible-in-the-EU": Address of the GPSR representative in the EU.
- "e-mail-address-of-the-person-responsible-in-the-EU": Email of the GPSR representative in the EU
- "safety-warning_es_ES": Document containing the necessary warnings and safety information.
EPREL - Energy Label
Under the EPREL (European Product Registry for Energy Labeling) regulation, the energy label and energy class must be provided for products in certain categories (smartphones and tablets, drying machines, gas heaters, etc.).

In Lengow, fill in the following attributes for the affected products:
- "energy-class-new" or "energy-class": Select one of the 7 classes, from class A to class G, corresponding to the product.
- "energy-label-image": Link to the image of the product's energy label.
- "product-information-sheet": Document detailing the technical and performance characteristics of the product. This sheet is a downloadable document associated with registration in EPREL.
