Here is the full error message you could find on your error report from your Zalando feed(s):
"Regular price update failed: Error - The regular price is less than the equivalent of 25 EUR. If this is a mistake, please change the price. If this isn't a mistake, please adjust the threshold in zDirect and then resubmit the price."
Why is this error occurring?
There is a feature on Zdirect to define minimum and maximum prices along with a maximum discount percentage. By default, this feature sets 25€ as a minimum, 250€ as a maximum, and 50% as a maximum discount percentage.
How to solve this error?
1. Go to the "Articles tab".
2. Then, click on the "Manage prices" button on the left.
3. In the "Change price rules" part, set the thresholds that fit your need.
The error will automatically disappear a few hours after from your Zalando feed(s).
These thresholds can be modified by an administrator account.
