🔧 Zalando error - "Regular price update failed"

Here is the full message you may find in your Zalando feed error report:

Why does this error occur?

zDirect has a feature that allows you to define minimum and maximum prices, as well as a maximum discount percentage. By default, this feature sets €25 as the minimum price, €250 as the maximum price, and 50% as the maximum discount percentage.

How to solve this error

1. Click on the "Articles" tab, then select "Price update". 
    

   

    

2. In the block located at the bottom right, click to modify the price rules ("Change price rules"). 

   

    

3. Set the minimum and maximum price thresholds that suit your catalog.

The error will automatically disappear from your Zalando feeds during the next hourly updates.
Note: These thresholds can only be modified by an administrator account.
