What does this error mean?
This error occurs because the marketplace requires product dimensions to be split into two separate fields: one for the numeric value and one for the unit of measure. If both are combined in a single field in your source catalog, the marketplace cannot read them and will reject the product for missing mandatory dimensions.
How to solve it
To fix this, go to the Attributes Mapping step of your channel configuration and follow these steps:
Split the dimension and unit: Ensure that the numeric value and the unit of measure are mapped to two distinct attributes. Map the numeric value to "metric.width" and the unit (like cm or kg) to "metric.width_unit".
Check other required attributes: Double-check that all other mandatory dimension and weight attributes for this category are correctly mapped and formatted in the same way.
Resynchronize your feed: Once your mapping is updated, perform a synchronization (full product push) to send the corrected data to the marketplace.
